No International Orders
Notice: Cotton Blossom Crafts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. An increasing amount of fraud and unreasonable customers has unfortunately required us to reserve this right.
Shipping Notice: All shipping charges displayed in our shopping cart are estimates only. Box sizes, the number of boxes, and other items that our shopping cart is unable to factor can cause shipping costs to vary from what is displayed. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs as necessary.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Credit Cards (Visa , Mastercard , Discover , and PayPal ) are accepted through our ssl secured online shopping cart.
Postal money orders are also accepted through prior arrangement.
There are two ways that you can order from us:
#1 - We have a ssl secured online shopping cart that will take your shipping and payment information. Simply go to the item you wish to order and there will be a link with the words "Order Now" . Click on that bar and you will be taken to the shopping cart where you can update to the quantity you want before continuing shopping or checking out. After we have received your information we will pack the order and weigh it. The estimated shipping charges will then be adjusted as needed. You will be emailed an invoice after your card has been charged.
#2 - If you wish to prepay with a postal money order you must first contact us for the exact charges. (product+shipping) We will then e-mail you the total. Orders will be held for 10 days to allow time for your payment to arrive. Contact us at the following address for the exact charges firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to include a list of the items you're interested in and the desired quantities. Also send your COMPLETE shipping address so that we can calculate the proper shipping charges. We do not accept checks of any kind.
#3 - Call us. 1-478-953-3509 (Monday thru Friday 10am to 4pm EST only please)
There will be a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders that have been processed. If you order something and find you have made a mistake contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed there are processing fees that must be covered even if the order is canceled.
All items are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. If you wish to have the items shipped in a manner other than UPS please contact us at email@example.com to place an order.
Incorrect Address, Non-deliverable, or Refused Shipments
Regardless of whether you order over the internet or by e-mail please make certain that the address you send is correct. If a customer makes a delivery error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional charges. UPS will charge another $5.00 for even the smallest corrections that they may have to make. We will in turn need to charge you.
If any order is refused by a customer and returned to us there will be a 10% restocking fee in addition to the incurred shipping charges.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. You have 7 days from receipt of goods to request a return or exchange. Nothing can be returned without prior approval from us. Once we give approval, you have another 7 days to get the product back to us. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the mistake is ours. Returns must be in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. This also includes being free from smells and scents. We do not refund shipping costs. There will be NO returns allowed on any merchandise held over 14 days!
