Copper Egg White Bowl Made from .040 thick copper sheet, these bowls have a very solid feel in your hands. Unlike many of the bowls currently available, our bowl does not have a rounded bottom. Our bowl has a flat spot of rough 1 1/2" on the very bottom that allows it to sit upright by itself. No additional stands are needed for this bowl. Believe it or not, chefs have known for centuries about the benefits of using copper bowls for beating egg whites.
